My training is perfect for both care providers and parents by helping the Newborn Care Specialist or Nanny to be successful and empowering/coaching parents for success.

Since 2000, I have counseled families with their childcare concerns.

My Nannies have worked with over 400 families and I have personally cared for over 100 newborns.

My education is from the University of Rhode Island in Human Science and Services, certificates as a Postpartum Doula, Newborn Care Specialist, Lactation Consulting/Educator, and CPR and First Aid.

Newborn Care Course Certification is someone who specializes in newborn care. The Newborn Care Course may assist parents in the home the first few weeks or months of baby’s life with parent education, feeding/breastfeeding, basic baby care, and light baby-related housekeeping. It is important to note that a Newborn Care Specialist is not a Nanny and not a Doula and requires special training and education specific to the profession.
