Evaluation of each parent’s needs is the first step, I determine the level of service needed for parents and make recommendations as one enters the world of caring for a Newborn.
The programs I developed for Parents and Corporate clients are the result of my years of hands-on experience helping new parents successfully manage this journey through parenthood in the context of their professional lives. ‘
I help professionals by providing proven information, support, training, and educational programs for Parents and Corporate HR departments.
Newborn Parent Coaching is a form of development in which an experienced person, called a coach, supports a learner or client in achieving a specific personal or professional goal by providing training and guidance.
Occasionally, coaching may mean an informal relationship between two people, of whom one has more experience and expertise than the other and offers advice and guidance as the latter learns; but coaching differs from mentoring in focusing on specific tasks or objectives, as opposed to more general goals or overall development.
Participants describe our programs as valuable and a unique opportunity to explore how they can do the best for their baby while maintaining their performance at work and continuing to develop their careers.
